I hear it all the time that agents want to make $6000 or $12000 or even $20000 per month. When I ask them why do they have such a goal, the answer is always that it is what they need to live the good life or live the life they have imagined for themselves. However, that is not the correct way to think. One is only financially independent when one begins to earn that income in a pass ice manner.

I was fortunate enough to attend Tom Hopkins seminar at Scottsdale, AZ, a few days ago. What absolutely amazed me was not that I attended the seminar, but that not a single rental agent from New York was there.
Let’s see if I needed to go to the seminar. I made a total of $250000 in commissions in May, June and July of this year. I’m generally acknowledged as America’s number one rental agent. Yet, 100% I felt I needed to go there if I were to improve myself and get to the next level. Did the 4 day, full day boot camp help? Absolutely! The skills I learned there will impact my success and performance for years to come.
