Leases signed: 19 (5 of them co-brokes)

I dropped the ball in the middle of the month and had a really difficult time. Everything seemed negative and was getting tired of the whole process. Needed to take a step back and just relax. Took two days off and started co broking for a few days. Now back in action and hoping to complete the month with a burst of positive energy.
Working 7 days a week gets to you and sometimes you want to kill somebody (not literally lol). That is when you know you have reached your limit and need to step back and relax. Rental agents can be like machines working all the time from morning to dusk. Not always a good idea.
I believe 56 good days are left this summer. Thereafter it will be the quality of your work, not quantity. Right now you post enough ads and you can get 20 calls a day. After September 15, more ads don’t necessarily translate into more calls.
Hence, regardless of our desires, lets focus our attention on closing deals and having a great summer.
