The 1MonthOp Team received word yesterday afternoon of the passing of James H. Farley, Senior Vice President for the Stahl Organization. He died on Sunday after a long battle with prostate cancer at the age of 52 years old.

Mr. Farley was a shining beacon for the New York real estate community. He served on REBNY’s board of directors and in 2008, he received REBNY’s George M. Brooker Management Executive of the Year Award, one of REBNY’s highest distinctions.

A funeral mass will be held Thursday July 29, 2010 at 10AM at Saint James Roman Catholic Church in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Friends may visit with the family at Gallaway & Crane Funeral Home, also in Basking Ridge, on Wednesday July 28 between 2-4pm and 6-9pm. Internment will be at Saint Teresa Cemetery, Summit, N.J.
