Andrew works hard and smart! He parties even harder! At 25 he is one of Manhattan’s Top agents. His introduction to real estate happened last August. He worked for a couple of months and then took a hiatus for 5 months. He is the kind of agent that clients gravitate toward and further more he hustles to make deals happen, always keeping the clients interest in mind.

In March I asked him to give real estate another committed try. Reluctant at first, he was persuaded and he started putting in the time.

Many a day he had to be goaded out of bed because he has a drink to many the night before. However a little push in the right direction and he began to shine. By May he was doing $35000, June was close to $42000 and now $56000 in July. In September don’t be surprised if you see him cruising in this newly purchased BMW!
