Do you really want to succeed? Really?
admin

The secret is not how soon you can master the skills of selling. The secret is how soon you can master your SELF.

The struggle is not out there, the struggle is within.

It all begins with your thoughts. Think carefully! Who are you? You are the sum total of your thoughts. It’s your thoughts that create your reality.

What are you thinking? What are you thinking all the time? What are your dominant thoughts?

Let me ask you this;

Do you read the newspaper OR do you figure the best title for your ad?
Do you watch TV OR do you create great systems that streamline your rental process?
Do you go out and have a drink on weekday evenings OR do you write effective rapport questions?
Do you wake up late OR do you rise early and read a sales book?
Do you spend more than you make OR make more than you spend?
Do you stay out late on Fridays or Saturdays OR you prepare yourself and put things in order for Friday & Saturday morning?

The successful postpone instant gratification. They do what needs to be done.

Success has nothing to do with how many listings your company has, it has nothing to do with how many exclusives your company has, it has nothing to do with how many offices your company has, how beautiful your office is, what your commission splits are, how democratic or autocratic your broker is, it has no bearing to where your office is located.

Success has to do with who you are, how you think, how you act and how you respond to challenges. Victory is achieved within, before it is reflected outside.

As you step out in the world you are going to be tempted by the trappings of power, money, success, a beautiful girlfriend, a successful man, an expensive Channel bag, or a sports car. Be careful, because one day you are going to run into a man who does not care about these things whatsoever and for the first time you will realize how poor you are.

What is going on inside you – is what matters. Are you winning that battle? Success is not about making money, it’s not about the perfect relationship, or friends, or family, or the right apartment or the right vacation. It’s about winning the inner struggle.

Be a light onto yourself. Master yourself.
