Ask yourself where you belong as an agent?
Are you an Unconscious Incompetent? You don’t even know you don’t even know what you’re doing as a rental agent?
Are you a Conscious Incompetent? You now know that you don’t know what you are doing.
Are you a Conscious Competent? You now know what you are doing but do it consciously.
Are you an Unconscious Competent? You operate on total reflex. There’s no need to think. All of your presentations, objection handling and closing techniques are internalized.
Unless you’re an Unconscious Competent, training is the key. Training has two components that can allow you to succeed rapidly and fast.
1. Follow and model the Champions in your company. It is imperative you model exactly what they do to get the same results.
2. Follow the masters in selling and learn form them. This means reading books, listening to Cd’s and watching DVD’s.
The quickest way to success is thru mentors and masters.
